About Paris
Paris Lampkins is a career navigation strategist, executive coach, and Founder and Principal Consultant of Lampkins & Co. Her research, lived experience, and professional background led her to create the firm as a safe harbor where Black women can develop and refine their leadership while feeling seen and supported. Her commitment to creating that sense of belonging also shapes her work with leaders across backgrounds, identities, genders, and career stages. Paris brings more than 15 years of experience across workforce development, education, and leadership development. Through coaching, training, and organizational consulting, she helps people better understand how they lead, navigate workplace challenges, make thoughtful career decisions, and prepare for greater levels of responsibility. Paris is committed to civic and community leadership. She serves on the boards of Teach For America Ohio, the Euclid Schools Foundation, and Rainey Institute and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She was selected for the inaugural 2026 Cleveland Catalysts Leadership Cohort through the Cleveland Leadership Center and has been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a 40 Under 40 honoree and a Notable Black Leader. Paris holds a B.A. in Communication from The University of Akron and an M.Ed. in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Interprofessional Leadership at Kent State University.
