About Kodi
From scrubs to suits, my professional life is as diverse as my personal life. I have expertise in various domains, including communications, research, educational outreach, business development, and information technology. My deep understanding of project scope and dynamics has been crucial in developing and delivering targeted training programs that equip staff with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. I have successfully conducted comprehensive quality-control measures and program and policy training sessions that reinforce compliance, maintain consistency, and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout organizations across multiple states for complex, multimillion-dollar contracts.
With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, I have dedicated my career to serving critically ill populations. I have advocated for patient and family councils, served on boards, contributed to research articles, and ghostwritten various pieces. My life is driven by purpose and a commitment to humanity.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I have a profound passion for dance and actively engage with my church community through numerous outreach initiatives. I am deeply involved in the praise dance ministry, using my enthusiasm for dance as a meaningful expression of faith. As a licensed minister and co-founder of the Lorelle F.A.I.T.H. Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Ohio, I strive to improve the well-being of individuals facing disabilities, serious illnesses, and unique healthcare needs.
I choose purpose so that my biography aligns with my destiny, and I reflect on this journey each day. I look forward to meeting you and sharing more about who I am and whose I am.
